Website Terms and Conditions www.juiceathome.com, regulate the relationship between Ninfas e Tesouros Unipessoal, Lda, which will be called Juice at Home and the user.

This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to the end user's use of the website. Its use is subject to prior acceptance of the general terms and conditions of use described below.

The conditions of use of Juice at Home are accepted upon initial registration as a user of the site or with the ordering process. These conditions of use can be found in www.juiceathome.com and can be accessed, printed or saved locally at any time.

Any use of the website by the end user after this publication will be understood as acceptance of the changes made. We suggest that users periodically review the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy so that they are always informed of any changes that may occur.

The website www.juiceathome.com does not automatically collect any personal information from users who are not registered, thus allowing visitors to browse anonymously.

1. Registration

Users who wish to purchase products through the website www.juiceathome.com will have to meet all the necessary conditions, declaring that they are aware of and accept these Terms and Conditions, with the confirmation in the respective button under “I declare that I have read and accepted the terms and terms of sale as well as the applicable privacy policy”. Members are responsible for the veracity of the information made available to Juice at Home, as well as for updating them whenever they undergo any changes. Juice at Home reserves the right to close any user accounts for which it finds false or outdated information. Users are also solely responsible for the security of the password they define to access their user accounts.

2. Order Confirmation

After the user confirms their order and makes payment for the products, Juice at Home sends a message to the member's registration email, confirming receipt of the order and payment. In the event that, after payment of the items, Juice at Home finds any unavailability situation, the member will be credited with the amount corresponding to the unavailable item, which can be made through credits, replacement by another equivalent product in stock, being that a warning message will always be sent to the member.

3. Payment

Juice at Home makes available to the user several payment methods through different payment platforms (Paypal, Multibanco and Credit Card).

4. Product Deliveries

Orders will be shipped in the territories indicated on the Shipping Conditions page. Delivery of orders will be made to the address indicated by the member when placing the order. Costs and delivery times will be communicated to members at the time of ordering.

The user, when placing an order, is accepting the costs and delivery times communicated on the Shipping Conditions page.

If for some reason it is not possible to meet the maximum delivery period indicated, Juice at Home will inform the member who placed the order of this fact and will give him the option to keep the order by setting a new delivery date or cancel the purchase , in which case the amount paid will be refunded.

Home delivery cannot be made at PO Boxes.

To follow up an order in progress, the member can contact Customer Service by email [email protected].

The delivery note and respective documents associated with the delivery serve as proof of delivery of the product, including document of acceptance of the note by the distribution company and a document signed by the recipient at the time of delivery.

5. Transfer of Responsibility

After the delivery of the products, the responsibility for them becomes the responsibility of the user who placed the order, that is, from the moment he becomes the owner of these same products.

6. Returns on the right to withdraw from the purchase

If the member wishes to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, he/she must request it in writing to Juice at Home, by registered letter, sending the product in question and indicating how to want a return, if you want to credit your Juice at Home account or by bank transfer, you need to indicate the NIB.

We only accept returns of new products, complete and in the original packaging of the order undamaged, altered or erased. It is strictly necessary that the product is intact and in good condition.

Incomplete, damaged or used products by the member will not be accepted. If we receive returns that do not comply with the above conditions, the user will not be entitled to any refund and will be able to collect the product by appointment at our facilities within 10 working days of receiving it.

The cost of returning the products is borne by the user, with the exception of defective products. After examining the product, you will be informed about the right or not to return the amounts paid. The return will be made as soon as possible within 10 days from the date of return of the product.

7. Exchanges

In the case of product exchanges, the return costs are borne by the user. If the customer wishes to exchange a product for a different reference, he will be refunded the value of the product in credit and must place a new order. As soon as we receive your return, a product evaluation is carried out. The exchange is processed within 5 business days and you will receive an email when the new product ships. We only accept exchanges for new, complete and original packaging products.

8. Products

Upon receiving the product, if you believe that it is not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, you should contact us immediately through our Customer Service and inform us of the defect. You can return the product by asking Juice at Home to send it through your carrier. After careful evaluation of the returned product, you will be notified by email as soon as possible about its return or replacement. If there is room for the return or replacement of the product, this will be carried out within 15 days from the date of sending the email confirming the return or replacement of the product. The amounts paid for defective returned products will be refunded in full. The return will be made by bank transfer and it is necessary to indicate the NIB. All rights recognized by the law in force will be safeguarded.

9. Warranties

The legal guarantees associated with the products, when applicable, are given, as the case may be, by Juice at Home or by the suppliers duly identified at a previous time and simultaneously with the contracting, and must be activated according to the legal documentation that follows with the product. The invoice serves as proof of purchase and commencement of the legal guarantee.

10. Copyright

Everything contained on this website is the exclusive property of Juice at Home, which reserves all copyright and other rights on the service, as well as on the contents, information, images and other data published here. Juice at Home owns the copyright in the selection, coordination, organization or enhancement of its content, as well as the original content of Juice at Home itself. It is expressly prohibited to alter, reproduce, publish, transmit to third parties and/or any other use of these contents and elements, without prior written authorization from Juice at Home, except through the sharing tools available on the website.

Any violation of this policy may result in an infringement of copyright, trademark or other intellectual property which in turn may result in a civil and/or criminal penalty.

11. Prohibition of sale to minors

The Juice at Home store sells products aimed at users over 18, of legal drinking age.

Therefore, we do not allow the sale to minors. Thus, we assume that the customer is over 18 years old and/or is entitled to consume/buy alcoholic beverages. In addition, the carriers we work with are prepared to only deliver packages to properly identified adults.

12. Changes to the conditions of use

These conditions of use can be updated at any time by Juice at Home whenever it deems it necessary or desirable without prior notification to users, in order to respond to legal requirements or changes in operation. The user will always have access to the conditions of use in force at Juice at Home.

Subsequent access and use of the website by the user will be considered an unequivocal sign that he has read, accepted and understood the amended Terms and Conditions.

13. Invalidity

The invalidity, in whole or in part, of any of the clauses of these General Conditions will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, unless the interested party demonstrates that the purpose pursued by the parties allows us to assume that they would not have completed the business without the vitiated party.

14. Applicable Law / Jurisdiction

14.1. The conditions of this contract are subject to Portuguese law.

14.2. The parties elect the jurisdiction of the District Court of São João da Madeira for all matters arising from this Agreement that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement between the parties.

15. Years of Production

The products on the Juice at Home website show the years of production of the respective wines. Even though we try to keep our products as up to date as possible, it is impossible to do this automatically. In this way, the wines of the years that are supplied to us by the producers will be sent, regardless of the year presented on the website.

16. Return of damaged products

All products sent by Juice at Home must be examined by the customer immediately upon receipt. If any imperfection or damage to the product is detected, the customer must return it to the transport company, duly justify the reason for the return on the delivery note and immediately notify Juice at Home.

17. International Deliveries

Juice at Home is not responsible for shipments made to countries where the respective law does not allow the entry of alcoholic beverages, being the customer's responsibility to seize the respective order. As well as shipping to countries where customs fees may apply, which are the customer's responsibility.

In case of return of products, Juice at Home will refund only the amount corresponding to the merchandise, minus financial charges and costs associated with the return of transport. For more information contact us [email protected] before ordering.

18. Payment Methods

On the Juice at Home website, all payments can be made through the following methods: PayPal (which includes payments by Credit Card), Credit Card through a secure connection compatible with the PCI-DDS standard, Multibanco, only for Portugal.

18.1. Credit card.

The customer will be able to pay by credit card and enjoy the liquidity advantages and payment terms offered by his bank.

All transactions on our website are secure.

18.1.1. Is it safe to pay with my card online?

Juice at Home uses a sophisticated mechanism for detecting and preventing actions that indicate fraud. Through this solution, it is possible to verify the authenticity of payments made online, while safeguarding the integrity and security of customer data, as well as their identification.

This security is made possible by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, which encrypts the communications produced between the client's computer and our server, so that they cannot be intercepted.

For this reason Juice at Home uses an external service, called Mijireh Checkout (in compliance with the PCI-DDS standard), which guarantees these security features.

As such, Juice at Home reserves the right to refuse payment for an order for a transaction that is deemed unlawful. Any and all activities considered illegal will be immediately reported to the competent authorities.

Warning: Payments are always made in euros, even when prices are shown in other currencies. Some banking entities may charge exchange fees. Juice at Home is totally oblivious to this fact and assumes no responsibility for it.

18.2. paypal

Paypal payment is a secure method used all over the world. For more information about this payment method, visit www.paypal.com.

18.2.1. Save data for future Paypal transactions

By subscribing to this option, the customer will not need to access the Paypal page in an upcoming purchase. The amount of the purchase in question will be automatically debited from the Paypal account used when subscribing this option.

At any time, the customer can access the Paypal account and remove this option. To do this, you must access the Profile >My Money >My pre-approved payments menus. Then all pre-approved payments will appear and you will simply be able to cancel the payment associated with Juice at Home.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Juice at Home does not store any customer Paypal account login details.

18.3. Payment by ATM

This option is only available for Portugal.

By choosing this option, an ATM reference will be generated that can be settled at any ATM or through your Homebanking.

In this option, orders will only be processed from the moment we receive proof of payment. You can send this proof by email to [email protected], always indicating the order number.
